Terms of Service

These terms apply to ProofRound, operated by RUI SUN, at getproofround.com and its account connection for ChatGPT and compatible MCP clients. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What ProofRound provides

ProofRound provides resume evidence review and interview preparation tools. AI-generated questions, assessments, and feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them. The service does not verify your qualifications, make hiring decisions, or guarantee interviews, employment, or particular outcomes.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. You retain ownership of your content and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload confidential or third-party personal information without permission. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another user’s data, bypass access or usage controls, disrupt the service, or submit malicious content.

Connected applications

The ProofRound MCP connection provides authorized read-only access to saved resumes and practice history. It does not edit or delete records, run new audits, or start paid practice. You choose whether to connect and may disconnect through your client’s settings. The client’s own terms apply to its services and to information it receives.

Usage and availability

Features may have usage limits and may change or be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Any paid website offer is governed by the pricing and purchase terms shown when you choose it. Connecting the current read-only MCP tools does not authorize a purchase or paid ProofRound AI session. Third-party client subscriptions are separate.

Eligibility

ProofRound is not intended for children under 13. You must meet the minimum age required by your location and obtain parent or guardian permission where required.

Service limitations

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Ending use and requesting deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact support to request account or data deletion. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
