Tell us which page or feature you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Include the approximate time and a screenshot with private information removed if useful. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or full resumes.

Connecting ProofRound to ChatGPT

Sign in to the ProofRound account containing your saved records and approve the connection when prompted. The connection can list and read your saved resumes and practice history. It cannot edit your account, run a new audit, or start paid practice.

If an uploaded PDF or Word resume has no saved text version, the connection can identify it but cannot read the original file. Open it on ProofRound instead.

Privacy and account requests

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data, email us from your account email when possible, with the subject “ProofRound privacy request.” Describe the request without attaching sensitive documents. We may need to verify account ownership.

Disconnecting ProofRound in your connected client stops that connection; it does not delete your saved ProofRound account records or information already included in a chat.
